Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve drain and sewer system issues for residential and commercial customers by operating hydro jetting equipment and sewer inspection cameras. Perform drain cleaning services, complete service calls safely and professionally, and communicate findings clearly to clients. Maintain accurate job documentation, follow safety procedures, and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency responses. Requires at least two years of experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for rotating weekend schedules.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of drain cleaning or plumbing experience
- Experience operating electric drain cleaning machines, hydro jetters, and sewer inspection cameras
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces
- Availability to participate in rotating weekend and on-call schedules
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) methods is a plus
