Job Summary
Perform residential and commercial drain cleaning and sewer service, clear stoppages in sinks, tubs, main lines, sewer lines, and other drainage systems. Use drain cleaning equipment, sewer machines, cameras, locating tools, and related service equipment safely and professionally. Communicate findings, options, and next steps clearly to customers. Document work performed with accurate notes, photos, and service information. Identify potential plumbing repair or replacement opportunities and communicate them through the proper process. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and properly care for company tools and equipment. Work with dispatch and customer service to provide timely, professional service. Follow company safety procedures and protect customer property while performing work. Represent Action with professionalism, honesty, and a service-first attitude. Ideal candidate has drain cleaning or plumbing service experience, is comfortable in residential and commercial settings, uses service equipment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing the job right even when it is dirty or difficult.
Required Qualifications
- Residential or commercial drain cleaning, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical experience.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and drain cleaning equipment safely, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned calls.
- Ability to document work accurately and follow company procedures.
- Clean, professional appearance and respect for customer property.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
