Diagnose and clear clogged or blocked drains using multiple types of professional drain-cleaning machines. Determine the appropriate equipment and approach for different drain-cleaning needs, then perform services safely and efficiently while maintaining tools and work areas. Confirm drains are operating properly after service and communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and adhere strictly to company safety procedures and service standards. This role supports United Plumbing's mission to deliver quality service across Southwest Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of drain-cleaning experience
- Full working knowledge of multiple types of drain-cleaning machines and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and clear a variety of drain issues
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a service team
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with professional drain-cleaning work
