Job Summary
Dragonfly Bartender responsible for set-up, mixing of drinks, service and clean-up of bar area while maintaining quality service, guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards. Duties include making and serving drinks following guidelines, checking IDs to confirm age, ringing guest checks and processing payments, completing liquor requisitions, maintaining established pars, and performing side work per schedule. Must know and comply with state liquor laws and obtain Tips certification. Requires high school education or equivalent and 3–6 months of beverage-service experience; ability to read, speak, and understand English; capable of lifting 20–40 lbs and standing for long periods; strong coordination to operate POS and handle trays. Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Three - Six months experience in a food/beverage services environment or establishment
- Must have vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks, computer print outs, written instructions and to observe entire restaurant in dimly lit conditions
- Able to mix cocktails correctly
- Able to provide wine service
- Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items in hand, and to balance and carry trays loaded with food and beverages
- Able to read, speak and understand English
