Job Summary

Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Drafting Supervisor to oversee drafting operations, mentor team members, and ensure project success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive drafting experience
  • Familiarity with construction and steel design
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to train, develop, and mentor designers and drafters

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, drafting procedures, and engineering disciplines.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and word processing applications.
