Prepare and update layout drawings and packages for IT equipment installation or troubleshooting, then assemble documentation sets for subject matter expert review. Confer with experts to support maintenance activities, project planning, and daily operations, and establish quarterly schedules for package reviews. Perform systems management functions, integrate network engineering solutions, and prepare drawing databases to ensure conformity with standards and regulations.
