Job Summary
Edit 2D construction blueprints and create 3D CAD models and detailed drawings, including 3-D piping assemblies ranging from under 100 to 1000 parts. Enter design specification data into the Solidworks PDM database associated with these assemblies. Collaborate with a project team to prepare engineering drawings detailing plans and specifications for customers. This role requires a high school diploma, with preferred experience in SolidWorks and a mechanical background in the Power Generation industry. Attention to detail is essential.
Required Qualifications

- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Critical Thinking
- Minimum 6 months of experience using SolidWorks
- Entry level courses completed in SolidWorks
- Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP)
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of experience using SolidWorks
- Mechanical background in Power Generation industry
