Job Summary
Develop final technical drawings and schematics by verifying component dimensions, material specifications, and spatial relationships between parts and assemblies. Create high-precision designs, layouts, and manufacturing blueprints directly from rough sketches, notes, and concept models using CAD equipment and software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Draftsight. Execute design adjustments, revisions, and engineering change orders as requested by the engineering team while ensuring all workflows comply with internal ISO quality management system standards. Conduct targeted component research to source electronic and mechanical parts meeting specific design constraints and project requirements. Maintain robust configuration control by tracking document histories and adhering to company data management baselines.
Required Qualifications
- Fifth year college or university program certificate
- two to four years related experience

- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
