Job Summary
Own discovery for a new legal product end-to-end: speak with customers to validate problems, write PRDs, and build prototypes with AI tools. Lay go-to-market foundations by recruiting early customers, shaping positioning, and leading launch execution with Sales and Marketing teams. Work daily with engineers to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage acceptance testing prior to release. Drive post-launch growth by analyzing HubSpot pipelines, pre-sales trends, and product analytics to prioritize improvements. Translate customer feedback into tickets, create product marketing assets like demo videos, and train Sales and Customer Success roles. Co-design AI-native product processes using tools like Cursor and Claude to enable AI coding agents to build from structured definitions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in product management
- Experience in taking a new product from zero to launch and first customers
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Understanding of the legal industry
- Strong product judgment and taste
- Track record working with engineers to deliver on roadmaps
- Product marketing chops
- Active use of AI tools in your product work
- Comfort operating with high autonomy in a growth-stage start-up
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication
