Job Summary

Own the product portfolio by balancing investment between the flagship comparison product and new categories, while driving decisions on what to build next with the General Manager. Lead and coach product managers to raise craft standards, incubate early-stage concepts through personal discovery and validation, and hand them to dedicated owners. Make each product owner successful by setting commercial targets, reviewing adoption and revenue trajectories, and sharing accountability for outcomes. Rearchitect product processes to be AI-native, designing standards for AI coding agents to build from human-defined requirements. Partner with engineering on architecture and delivery, collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategy, and analyze usage data to surface opportunities and track KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management
  • most of it in B2B SaaS
  • including leading and managing product managers
  • Experience taking a new product from zero to launch and first customers
  • A commercial approach to product
  • Strong product judgment
  • Cross-functional leadership
  • Excellent written communication
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Active use of AI tools in your product work
  • a vision for how AI changes product management
  • Melbourne-based hybrid role
  • Flexible working arrangements with regular in-person collaboration and periodic travel for customer meetings, conferences, and events
