Job Summary
Assist customers with shopping and bag groceries using proper techniques; deliver groceries to customers’ vehicles when requested; help customers locate items; monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety on the sales floor; respond to customer questions and resolve complaints professionally; know store procedures, health regulations, and government regulations regarding alcohol and tobacco sales; perform price checks for cashiers; support cashier operations and ensure productivity; operate and maintain equipment safely; uphold Cosentino’s Customer Service Standards and training requirements.
