Job Summary
Set up jobs in computer systems and manipulate screens to achieve precise registration. Mix inks, perform screen making and reclaiming, and execute start-up and shut-down procedures for printing presses. Ensure optimal press operation by completing preventive maintenance, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a clean workspace. Reject screens to minimize downtime while adhering to all safety rules and SOPs. Work long hours on feet, lifting up to 40 lbs, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. This role requires travel to Los Angeles for initial and ongoing job training.
Required Qualifications
- 2nd Shift [6am-2:30pm]
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Have clear and good vision to see print quality, colors and registration.
- Have good touch and feel.
- Screen making and reclaiming experience of 1 years preferred.
- Screen printing experience of 1 years preferred.
- Previous experience working with an automatic or semi automatic a plus (M&R, Tas or Sakurai).
- Reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- This job requires travel to Los Angeles for initial and ongoing job training.
