Role: Retail Sales Assistant at Dr. Martens store in Adelaide. You will support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence and play an integral part in the store’s success. You will provide exceptional customer service, foster a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture, thrive in a fast-paced team, and aim to meet/exceed sales targets. The role requires listening to feedback and applying it constructively, with full availability on late-night trade and weekends and Monday to Wednesday daytime availability.
