Job Summary
Conduct DPF Operator training sessions for new hires using the ACU standardized method and approved learner assessments. Manage multiple trainees while maintaining a supportive demeanor and ensuring adherence to safety, departmental, and plant rules. Complete CRC testing and monitor progress against the 12-month continuous service requirement for current job tenure. Demonstrate respectful communication and detail-oriented procedural follow-through during off shifts in the D-Shift rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of continuous service in my current job
- Satisfactory performance appraisal(s) for the past year
- No verbal noted warning or written warning within the past year regarding attendance and/or any other disciplinary matters
- No suspension or disciplinary probation within the past year
- Meet the minimum requirements of the job- have completed the DPF Operator Learner Assessment
- Prior training experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand and follow instructions
- Demonstrated respectful and cooperative communications with team members
- Positive attitude modeled toward the company, demonstrated through good attendance and adherence to safety, departmental and plant rules
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, while maintaining patience and a supportive demeanor with trainees
- Member must be detail oriented and systematic in following procedures
- Member must be available to work off shifts when scheduled
- MUST COMPLETE THE CRC TESTING
