Job Summary
The Dozer Operator is responsible for operating bulldozers and performing tasks such as moving earth and rock, aligning machinery, and performing minor repairs. The role requires standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting daily in outdoor conditions, while guiding equipment movements with hand signals. Employees may work up to ten hours a day, five to six days a week. Required skills include operating heavy machinery and minor mechanical repair, with a focus on physical endurance.
