Job Summary
Lead virtual classroom sessions by moderating digital lessons, addressing individual questions, and documenting attendance and content covered. Communicate clearly and professionally via chat, email, and direct conversation to guide learners and route inquiries appropriately. Coordinate meetings and appointments for personalized learning support while maintaining organized records of all discussions. Serve as the primary contact for phone, video, and chat inquiries, ensuring reliable follow-through on multiple parallel tasks. Manage the end-to-end documentation of application requests and internal processes to ensure clean workflows. Engage in continuous professional development within the team to enhance instructional and technical expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Medien, Kommunikation, Marketing, Digitale Medien oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media Management, Content Creation oder digitaler Markenkommunikation
- sicheres Bewegen auf Plattformen wie LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok oder YouTube – nicht nur als Nutzer:in, sondern auch mit Blick auf Strategie, Reichweite und Community-Aufbau
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die exzellent sind – schriftlich und mündlich
- Fähigkeit, Inhalte verständlich zu erklären, Storytelling einzusetzen und mit der Sprache zu begeistern
- Selbstständigkeit, Struktur und Überblick bei wechselnden Aufgaben
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Technikaffinität
