Job Summary
Conceive, organize, and deliver training, professional development, and workshops focused on person-centered approaches and participation, executing all formats in-person and digitally. Manage client networks while providing direct counseling and support to customers. Actively contribute to the continuous development of organizational offerings. The role requires a minimum of 19.5 hours weekly and is scheduled for October 1, 2026. Candidates must hold a degree in social work, pedagogy, or psychology with specific expertise in integration assistance.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit, Pädagogik, Psychologie (mind. BA)
- didaktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Gruppen
- spezifisches Fachwissen aus der Eingliederungshilfe, wie z.B. im Bereich der Personenorientierung, Spannungsfeld Intelligenzminderung / psychische Erkrankung, Gewaltschutz, Praxisanleitung, Teilhabemanagement, Kindheit und Jugend oder der Unterstützung von Menschen mit komplexen Beeinträchtigungen
- Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Eingliederungshilfe - gerne als Leitung
- Freude an Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozessen / Beratungskompetenz
- christliche Werteorientierung
- Bereitschaft, die diakonische Ausrichtung unserer Arbeit aktiv zu unterstützen
