Job Summary
Design and deliver lectures for continuing education programs in Nursing Pedagogy and Vocational Pedagogy of Nursing in cooperation with Hochschule Bielefeld. Organize examinations, semester planning, and the continuous development of study offerings while providing counseling to students, clients, and partner institutions. Plan, organize, and conduct training workshops and seminars in health professions education, including occasional travel for teaching demonstrations and fixed weekend duties. Actively contribute to the further development of educational services.
Required Qualifications
- Studienabschluss Pflegepädagogik/ Berufspädagogik Pflege (M.A.)
- didaktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Gruppen (ggf. auch an Hochschulen)
- Organisationsgeschick, kommunikative und beraterische Kompetenzen
- Erfahrung in Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops
- Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und pädagogische Handlungskompetenz
- verantwortungsbewusstes und wertschätzendes Handeln
- diakonisches Einfühlungsvermögen
- christliche Werteorientierung
- Bereitschaft, die diakonische Ausrichtung unserer Arbeit aktiv zu unterstützen
