Dozen Bakery is Hiring a Weekend Barista (PT)

Deliver kind, empathetic service to customers while preparing beverages correctly and maintaining espresso bar cleanliness. Ensure all areas of the front of house are clean, presentable, and welcoming, including the sidewalk, dining room, and restrooms. Follow food safety practices and maintain a strong knowledge of all Dozen products to educate guests on menu items. Handle customer complaints with humility, accepting responsibility for mistakes and escalating issues when appropriate. Attend product education classes, review seasonal menu changes, and contribute to monthly staff meetings. Assist the Customer Experience Manager in training new employees and prepare for the next shift by cleaning, stocking, and organizing. Maintain punctuality, attend all scheduled meetings, and work cooperatively with the team to ensure tasks are completed and breaks are taken timely. Full weekend availability is required with shift start times between 6-9AM.
