Job Summary
The Downstroke Operator is responsible for compacting textiles using a special machine designed for compression. Key responsibilities include safely loading and placing materials into the downstroke machine, operating and maintaining the equipment, adhering to safety guidelines, performing pre and post-operational checklists, and maintaining a clean workspace. Candidates should have the ability to lift and handle materials and possess a strong attention to safety and detail. A positive attitude and teamwork mentality are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over the age of 18
- Prior warehouse and equipment operation experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift and handle materials
