Job Summary
Senior Downstream Supply Chain Solutions Director responsible for developing a Supply Chain competency center to support multiple Maisons. Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Planning transformation projects to ensure efficiency, agility, optimal product availability, and consolidated roadmaps over 3–5 years. Define and promote best practices and processes, act as an ambassador to elevate supply chain capabilities, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Manage projects and a leadership team (PMs and Business Process Owners), foster a community of supply chain professionals, and stay abreast of trends and technologies (S4/HANA a strong plus). Fluent in English with French a plus; minimum 15+ years in senior supply chain roles within international matrix environments and luxury/fashion knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain
- experience leading end-to-end supply chain transformation programs
- strong leadership and management skills
- ability to articulate a vision and influence stakeholders
- English fluency; French is a plus
- experience with modern supply chain solutions and processes
- experience in international matrix environments
