Job Summary
Operate downstream production machinery on the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 9:45pm–6:00am) and perform scheduled preventative maintenance and downstream equipment changeovers. Maintain appropriate documentation, follow GMP and LOTO safety policies, wear PPE, and ensure products meet customer quality expectations. Execute data collection of quality measurements, ensure proper labeling and tagging, and communicate issues to staff. Support safeguards, housekeeping, and TPM/SMED-driven improvements; participate in safety training and contribute to continuous improvement and training initiatives. The role includes responsibilities of the Production Associate and requires attention to safety, accuracy in quality checks, and collaboration with maintenance and production teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred and should successfully complete the entrance examinations and interviews
