Job Summary
Operate equipment including accumulators, diagraphs, lasers, cappers, straw applicators, shrink wrappers, and elevators while conducting quality checks per Gehl Southeast SOPs. Troubleshoot and adjust machinery, communicate problem statements, and maintain work areas compliant with GMP and 5s standards. Hand stack cases off conveyor when necessary and accurately document critical parameters. No experience required; thorough training provided. Full-time 2nd shift (2pm–10:30pm) with base plus shift differential pay of $18/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs)
- Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
