Job Summary
Assist with various departmental projects by gathering and organizing data for special reports. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals. Work under direct supervision in either an office or on-site setting, performing sedentary tasks with occasional lifting up to 80 pounds. Requires active-duty military status within the last 180 days of service and commanding officer approval. This unpaid, non-benefit eligible position is part of the DOW SkillBridge program designed to provide industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be active-duty military in good standing with the DOW within the last 180 days of service contract
- Must receive commanding officer approval to participate
- Strong oral, written, and communication skills
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
- Comfortable talking with and interacting with others
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Outlook
