Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Douyin直播电商运营 for Haleon China from the Shanghai HQ. Own the full P&L across GMV, gross margin, ROI, cost, and headcount; coordinate live room operations, short video content, traffic acquisition, store infrastructure, customer service, and supply-chain collaboration. Build organizational structure, SOPs, data systems, and performance metrics; deeply study Douyin algorithms, platform policies, and ad placements (e.g., 千川) to formulate breakout strategies and maintain sustained growth. Drive cross‐functional collaboration, make major investment and risk decisions, and cultivate a high‐performing talent pipeline and culture.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历
- 3年以上抖音电商全盘操盘经验
- 具备从0→1搭建项目、1→100规模化盈利的完整成功案例
- 有千万级GMV、可验证P&L经营结果优先
