Job Summary
Prepare all ingredients for doughnut production including brewing, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings. Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix, and fry doughnuts while maintaining sanitation standards within the production area. Record keeping of times and temperatures ensures freshness and reduces waste. This role requires two years of food handling experience, ability to work any shift, and must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Wage is $16.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work any shift
- Ability to understand weights and measurements
