Job Summary
Prepare all ingredients for doughnut production, including brewing yeast, mixing dough, glazing, and filling. Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, and fry doughnuts while maintaining strict sanitation standards within the production area. Record keeping of times and temperatures ensures product freshness and reduces waste. This role requires two years of food handling experience, flexibility to work any shift, and the ability to work without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work any shift
- Ability to understand weights and measurements
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
- Travel Requirements: 0-10%
