Dough Trough Operator (2nd Shift Western)

Maneuver and position heavy dough troughs using proper body mechanics and equipment-assist tools to minimize idle time on the makeup line. Operate and inspect the electric dough hoist to transfer dough, ensuring secure attachment and proper sanitation status before use. Conduct Statistical Process Control checks at designated intervals to monitor dough weight, temperature, and consistency, documenting findings per SQF standards. Assist with general operation of makeup line equipment including sheeters and depositors, load flour sifters with appropriate types, and operate carton formers to maintain product integrity. Maintain active Lockout/Tagout certification during equipment cleaning and maintenance, while supporting sanitation protocols and responding to production flow changes. Report all near misses and unsafe conditions promptly.
