Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer at Doubletree Hilton Clarksville Riverview responsible for preserving the building’s operational condition and functionality, performing a wide range of maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, HVAC, fire and safety systems), conducting preventative maintenance, inspecting and repairing equipment, coordinating with housekeeping, and adhering to health, safety guidelines while supporting guest needs; requires basic certifications in HVAC/building maintenance or related field, strong problem-solving and attention to detail, and flexibility to work various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Certifications to include HVAC, Building Maintenance, CPOR, technology, or another relevant field a plus
