Double Weekend Medication Aide

Reports promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to the Patient Care Supervisor. Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation and report medication reorders. Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education, and in-service sessions as required. Maintains inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms. Works the 7am-7pm shift with a double weekend differential offered. Current certification for Medication Aide is required; previous patient care experience is preferred.
