Double Weekend- LVN Charge Nurse (24188)

Oversee patient care and supervise CNA staff within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure. Assess, report, and document patient conditions and changes per clinical policies and state/federal guidelines. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring care plan implementation. Participate in assigning duties to maintain the highest practical well-being for patients.
