Job Summary
Manage all customs domains including inventory control of customs flows, documentation management for imports/exports/re-exports, and handling of objections and permits. Determine fiscal status and destination of goods while proactively signaling deviations to operations. Lead the team on customs matters by translating legislation into daily practice, streamlining processes, and implementing a new Terminal Management System with customs components. Oversee internal controls and AEO compliance while anticipating regulatory changes to identify business opportunities. Work within the Customer Service team to support clients and ensure efficient, compliant customs operations for ethanol and methanol storage.
Required Qualifications
- Heb je werkervaring als (assistent) declarant of een afgeronde MBO opleiding tot Declarant
- Ben je op de hoogte van de geldende (Douane-) wet- en regelgeving
- Heb je uitstekende Nederlandse en goede Engelse communicatieve vaardigheden
- Ben je accuraat, resultaatgericht, integer en flexibel
- Je hebt een energieke en proactieve houding, waarbij je makkelijk verbinding maakt met de mensen om je heen en snel kunt schakelen tussen de diverse onderwerpen die op je af komen
