Job Summary
Design and develop new components using C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and SSIS to meet functionality requirements. Debug complex stored procedures, triggers, and SQL queries while optimizing performance and enforcing secure coding standards. Collaborate with business analysts and team members to translate requirements into technical solutions aligned with organizational architecture. Prepare detailed specifications, perform unit testing, and deliver applications within budget using agile methodologies on Azure DevOps.

- Senior/Advanced Developer capability
- Strong Microsoft T-SQL skills
- Strong SSIS skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Angular
- Proficiency with MVC
- Familiarity with current .NET technologies including C#
- Familiarity with ASP.NET
- Familiarity with VB.NET
- Experience with RESTful API integration
- Experience working in a government organization
- Secure coding/development experience
- Ability to perform development using agile methodology
- Source control proficiency (preferably Git on Azure Devops)
- Ability to prepare detailed specifications and technical design documents
- Ability to develop new components or modules
- Ability to identify and resolve gaps between requirements and technical design
- Ability to work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members
- Ability to ensure solutions are aligned with business and IT strategies
- Ability to follow development methodologies and standards for systems design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support
- Ability to deliver the final product on time and within budget
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Day to day involvement in database design
- Ability to write and debug long and complex stored procedures, triggers, SSIS and SSRS
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Ability to review query performance
- Ability to optimize code
