Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner provides professional nursing care to patients and families via direct or telephone contact in a clinic setting, coordinating with care team, assisting physicians with procedures, performing telephone triage, and teaching patients. Role directs Licensed Practical Nurses and other staff, requires collaborative agreement with supervising physician, NCRME certification, Ohio NP licensure, and full vaccination. Typical shift includes day shift with on-call supplemental schedule for a DOT physicals and drug screen event; contract position with pay rate $80-$85 per hour. 1 location in Dayton, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Ohio with current Ohio registration and in good standing
- NCRME certification
- Up-to-date collaborative agreement with supervising physician
- Must be fully vaccinated
