Job Summary
Operate DOT mount loading equipment to mount tile from mounting boards into plastisol and inspect tile quality. Track production by SKU, replace defective tiles, ensure correct mounting of patterns, and report problems to supervision. Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area while following standard operating procedures and PPE requirements. Strong reading/comprehension, color differentiation, and attention to detail are needed for high-volume tile inspection and production tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years previous manufacturing/production experience
- ability to read and understand basic English
- ability to differentiate between colors
- ability to inspect high volume of tile sheets in a fast-pace environment
