DOT Driver - Class A CDL with Hazmat

Job Summary
Conduct daily hauls and deliveries of equipment and supplies to and from job sites and customer locations using a Class A CDL truck. Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and ad-hoc inspections on all commercial motor vehicles and trailers, including weekly checks on non-DOT assets. Inspect cargo for damage or excessive wear upon pickup and complete all required DOT documentation, obtaining customer signatures for invoicing. Assist with facility operations by stocking shelves, staging orders, and performing emergency roadside repairs or servicing customer electronics. Maintain a clean and orderly work area while complying with current DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Hazmat endorsement
- At least 12 months of verifiable DOT driving experience within the last three (3) years
- Valid DOT medical examiners certificate with a minimum of 3 months prior to expiration
- Be insurable for Total Safety vehicle insurance while driving the company truck
- Satisfactory driving record meeting all requirements of the FMCSR and company policies
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- Valid proof of vehicle insurance
- Manufacturer field level training and certification in respiratory and instrumentation
- Must comply with current DOT regulations
- Must pass internal forklift training and certification
