Job Summary
Ensure all drivers turn in accurate daily logs and enter data into log-checking software to verify mileage and fuel reporting. Maintain driver files and vehicle assets, ensuring compliance with FMCSR requirements and completing background investigations within 30 days. Handle registration, titling, and licensing for KLX vehicles while interfacing with HR on new hire documentation. Notify the District Manager when driver qualifications are approaching expiration. Forward all required documents to appropriate offices in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Able to professionally communicate verbally and in writing to internal personnel and external customers/vendors
- Able to analyze and troubleshoot problems
- Basic computer skills and proficient in Access, Word and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Health, Safety, and Environment or related discipline
- A minimum of two years DOT experience preferred
- Able to professionally communicate verbally and in writing to internal personnel and external customers/vendors
- Able to analyze and troubleshoot problems
- Basic computer skills and proficient in Access, Word and Excel
