DOT Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary
Conduct DOT compliance assessments for SunEnergy1 and the Company's fleet to identify hazards and risks. Administer Driver Qualification Files, manage Drug/Alcohol Programs, and oversee preventive maintenance schedules, vehicle inspections, and FMCSA Hours of Service standards. Confer with departments to resolve vehicle issues and ensure safety standards, while scheduling statistical reports for maintenance, repairs, and mileage. Submit documentation for DOT FMCSA, Clearinghouse, UCR, Motor Carrier, Insurance, and Bonds. Requires 3+ years in fleet management, knowledge of NCOSHA/FEDOSHA, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in facilities management, building, business, or another related field
- 3+ years' experience as a Maintenance and or Fleet Manager/Supervisor
- Knowledge of NCOSHA/FEDOSHA
- Knowledge of related safety practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
- Must be able to attend work regularly and reliably, according to the schedule established at the company's management discretion
- Valid Driver License
