Dosimetrist - Oncology - (Full-time)

Performs patient treatments utilizing ionizing radiation under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist. Delivers accurate and consistent treatments to patients. Prepares patient and chart prior to start of procedure. Completes treatment process and coordinates patient scheduling. Proficient in treatment machines, CT Simulation treatment planning scans, and IV starts; Radiation Therapy experience; SBRT, SRS, and advanced treatment techniques used; state-of-the-art equipment including TrueBeam, Edge, ViewRay, Gamma Knife, and Brachytherapy; requires completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program and ARRT RT(T) certification; preferred Bachelor’s degree and related experience in Radiation Therapy.
