Dorothy Ambulatory Senior Analyst

Job Summary
Senior-level EHR-focused analyst role responsible for design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting of Dorothy Ambulatory EHR modules for Nordic’s complex clients. Performs issue analysis, workflow/system setup and audits, system upgrades and testing, and change-control migrations. Manages multiple client assignments with minimal oversight, maintains up-to-date documentation in ticketing systems, and supports service delivery within SLAs. Requires Epic Certification in Dorothy Ambulatory, a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of related experience (or equivalent), strong problem-solving and communication skills, ITIL knowledge, ticketing/change-management experience, and the ability to travel up to 10%. Demonstrates customer service excellence and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a Managed Services context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (relevant education and/or 8+ years’ industry experience)
- Epic Certification in Dorothy Ambulatory
- 3-5+ year of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules
- Ability to apply problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize
- Must be able to work independently, as well as within a team environment
- Prior experience with ticketing systems and change management processes
- Strong customer service track record
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, previous management and project management experience, and participation in previous systems implementations, preferred
- Ability to take on-call rotations outside of core business hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel up to 10%
