Dorm Supervisor (63034)

Supervise and manage residential staff, coordinate coverage to maintain active substitute lists, and interview candidates for hire. Provide comprehensive, individualized case management with counseling staff to ensure student progress, retention, and program completion. Ensure physical security of the dorm area, maintain accurate incident and shift reports, manage inventory levels, and initiate work orders for repairs. Hold staff accountable, develop them for career progression, and build community linkages for education and employment. Mentor students, resolve problems with sound judgment, and partner across departments to support the Job Corps program.
