Dorm Supervisor to lead residential team, create a safe, clean, and structured dorm environment, support student growth and retention, supervise residential staff, build positive relationships with students, partner with counseling staff for individualized case management, promote a positive residential culture, conduct dorm inspections, and mentor students in life skills and leadership to help them succeed in life and careers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of Job Corps experience or experience in a related youth development, residential, educational, or workforce program
