Job Summary
Monitor group living conditions, evaluate dormitory situations, and ensure safety and proper student behavior while making decisions or recommendations. Perform duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, emergencies, and terminations for assigned shifts. Communicate with families to resolve problems and assure student well-being. Coordinate dormitory activities including recreation, entertainment, competitions, and after-hours tutoring. Facilitate Career Success Standards group sessions, provide guidance, and maintain documentation. Maintain required records and update CIS information on students regularly. Function as center duty officer as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience working with youth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Computer proficiency
