Job Summary
Conduct in-store sales support by sharing fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions. Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service throughout the client visit, maintain product condition and sales floor organization, and assist with store opening and closing procedures. Build a positive brand image during customer interactions and actively promote the loyalty program to enhance the shopping experience. Work within a dynamic retail team to help customers feel confident expressing their individuality through the latest trends.
