Job Summary
Coordinate the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) across BNP Paribas entities, translating regulatory requirements into concrete cybersecurity framework actions and implementation plans. Build and maintain the DORA roadmap, including tasks, milestones, and deliverables, while developing guidance materials and best practices to facilitate deployment. Organize workshops, steering committees, and follow-up meetings with business and technical stakeholders to support teams in areas like operational resilience and third-party monitoring. Track project progress, produce dashboards and status reports for senior management, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned stakeholders. Escalate risks, blockers, and compliance issues as required to ensure continuous support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience managing IT-related projects
- Experience within cybersecurity, IT governance, regulatory compliance, or operational resilience
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
