Job Summary
Act as the first point of contact for guests, monitoring entry and exit while maintaining venue control and enforcing admission policies. Manage occupancy levels with the front of house team, conduct regular patrols of entrances and surrounding areas, and remain vigilant to identify and prevent potential risks. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, escalating concerns to management or authorities as necessary, while assisting in enforcing company policies, licensing conditions, and health and safety procedures. Maintain a safe, secure, and positive environment through professional discretion and sound judgement in challenging situations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Doorperson, Security, or similar role within hospitality
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor License
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Willingness to work collaboratively with the team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests
- Flexible approach to work
