Assist guests with taxi bookings, reservations, and general enquiries while delivering The Londoner Hotel standards. Support the Concierge team by leveraging local area knowledge to provide excellent services during guests' stays. Ensure all interactions reflect the chic boutique spirit and staggering ambition of our 5-star property in Leicester Square. Requirements include current experience within a 5-star London hotel environment and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
