Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival and direct them for check-in while providing information about the town or city if requested. Assist physically challenged guests or those with special needs and offer travel directions and other interests to hotel guests. Maintain a cheerful disposition with excellent verbal communication skills in English, ensuring courteous customer service and proper grooming with the correct uniform and ID badge throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications

- While no formal education is required a high school diploma is often preferred
- Ability to give tourists local information about tourist spots and theaters
- Must always be courteous customer-oriented with a cheerful disposition
