Job Summary
Professionally manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized individuals access the building. Monitor surveillance systems, respond to security concerns, maintain logs, and provide outstanding customer service. Enforce access control procedures, maintain the lobby area, and stay at the assigned location during shifts. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, at least three years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Doorman/Concierge role with a minimum of Three years experience
- Dependable and punctual with a commitment to fulfilling scheduled shifts and responsibilities
- Must maintain an active working telephone number for communication purposes
- Ability to read basic operating instructions
