Job Summary
Greet, direct, and assist residents and guests by opening doors, carrying bags, and handling on-site problems and errands. Screen for security while remaining alert during shifts, and manage mail and packages by receiving them from couriers and storing them safely until pickup. Coordinate materials for events and confirm building or guest information as requested by supervisors. This physically demanding role requires lifting 50+ lbs and standing or walking for extended periods. OTO Development manages this upscale hotel property.
